The death has occurred of
Deirdre (Dee) O’Meara
Deirdre (Dee) O’Meara, London and formerly of Syngefield and Seffin, Birr, Co. Offaly, passed away on January 20th, 2025, surrounded by her family and wonderful friends, following a short illness, borne with courage and grace.
Pre deceased by her beloved parents Jack and Sheila and her brother Camillus (Millo).
She will be loved and forever missed by her family: her adoring sisters; Majella (Regan), Pauline (McCormack), Margaret (McNamara), Claire and Bee, her brother Séan, brothers -in-law; John, Tony and Dick, sister-in -law Maria, her adored nephews and nieces; Brónagh, Sarah, Barry, Oisín, Davin and Katie, her grand nephews and grand nieces, her extended family, aunts, cousins, work colleagues and her wide circle of friends in the UK, Birr and world wide.

Removal on Thursday morning to arrive at St. Brendan’s Church, Birr at 10.45am. for Funeral Mass at 11am. followed by burial in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr.
