Nicholson (nee Stirrart), Deirdre (Der), late of Brookse Mill, Prosperous, Co. Kildare and formerly of St. James' Road, Greenhills, Walkinstown, Dublin 12, December 23rd 2020, peacefully at St. Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh. Pre-Deceased by her loving son David, nephew Ian Jnr., brothers Fr. James Stirrat and Eugene. Sadly missed by her loving husband Tony, daughter Celene, son-in-law Eric, grandsons Adam, Craig and Lee, brother Ian, sister Pamela, brother-in-law Pat, sister-in-law Mary, nephews, nieces, relatives and many good friends.

Due to the current government guidelines, a private family funeral will take place for Deirdre. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral but cannot due to the current restrictions, please leave a personal message for the family in the condolence section below. Deirdre's Funeral Mass can be viewed on Tuesday morning (Dec. 29th) at 11am by clicking on the following link : https://prosperousparish.ie/webcam/. Family flowers only please, donations can be made in memory of Deirdre to St. Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh.

Deirdre's Funeral Cortége will be passing by Brookse Mill after the Funeral Mass and then proceeding to St. James' Road, Greenhills arriving at 1pm approx. enroute to the cemetery. Those who would like to line the route may do so in a safe and socially distanced manner.
