The death has occurred of Deirdre Gaffney, Rocklands, Drumalee, Cavan and late of Banaho, Carrickaboy, Co Cavan, Friday January 2nd, peacefully at the Lisdarn Unit, Cavan, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved daughter of the late Eugene (Gene) and the recently deceased Maisie.
Sadly missed by her loving partner Nicholas, brothers Paddy (Olive) and Eugene (Sorcha), nephews and nieces, Evan, Hannah and Conor. Aunts, Sr. Eileen, Rosaleen and Bridie, uncles, Phelim, Tommy and Patsy sisters in law, relatives and many friends.
May She Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan on Saturday evening from 6.00pm until 7.00pm. Requiem Mass on Sunday, in St Matthew's Church, Crosskeys at 1.00 pm, with interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
