The death has occurred of Deirdre HARGADEN (née Meagher), (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) 25th October 2025. Unexpectedly, but peacefully at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Richard (Dick). Much cherished mother to Ruth, Sarah and Debbie and loving grandmother to Danny, Beth and Alice. Deirdre will be deeply missed by her daughters, sons-in-law Brian and David, grandchildren, her sisters Geraldine and Anne, sisters-in-law Judith, Catherine, Trisha, Madeleine and Mary, brother-in-law Eddie, her many friends, extended family, nieces and nephews.

Reposing on Wednesday (29th October) from 5pm to 7pm in Fanagan Carnegie's Funeral Home, Monkstown (A94 XK28). Funeral Mass on Thursday (30th October) at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. For those that cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed online using the following link: https://www.churchservices.tv/booterstown.
