Deirdre HENRY
(née Griffin)
Deirdre Henry (née Griffin) Carrickbrennan Lawn, Monkstown, Co. Dublin. Deirdre passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff at Blackrock Clinic. Dear mother of Sharon and Lelia. Sister of Dr. Griselda Griffin and Damien. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Ashleigh, Will and Edie, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace
Having spent 30 very happy years as a nurse at St Michael's Hospital, Deirdre generously decided to donate her body to science in accordance with her wishes. There will be no funeral services.
A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
