The death has occurred of
DEIRDRE O' HALLORAN
(née O' Regan)
With deep sadness but fond remembrance we announce the death of Deirdre O' Halloran (nee O' Regan) formerly of Needham Place, Grange Heights, South Douglas Road and latterly Douglas House, Maryborough Hill, Cork. Deirdre passed peacefully on January 15th 2026 and was laid to rest at a family gathering on Monday, January 19th alongside her beloved husband Derry. Their love was eternal in life and will now be eternal in death.
Her life, love and laughter are celebrated by her family, whom she cherished. So sweetly remembered by her son Ken and daughters Vicki (Scannell), Yvonne (Mills) and Emma (Power), their respective spouses Jules, Paul, Dave and Dean and adoring grandkids Molly, Jack, Ruby, Isaac, Danny, Sophie and Freddie.
We are forever grateful to Mum's dear friend Marian with whom she shared such happy times.
We are deeply grateful to the staff of Curam Care, Carrigaline for their graceful care and endless empathy during Deirdre's illness.
A memorial mass will be held in the Church of Our Lady and St. John, Carrigaline on Sunday February 15th at 11.15am.
