Scully, Deirdre (Santry, Dublin 9) – March 14, 2026 (unexpectedly) at the Mater Hospital; deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by her beloved sister Pamela; close first cousin Finn and her husband Mícheál O’Brien; by her many cousins especially Ruth Bourke; Robert Foley; Gemma Freeman; Derek Freeman; Jim Scully; the Walsh family; extended family; neighbours; Dean of The Facility of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences – Carmel O’Sullivan; The School of Education Trinity College; loyal and lifetime friends; former friends and colleagues of Loreto College – Swords.
Reposing at her home on Sunday afternoon (March 22) from 4 o’clock until 7 o’clock. Requiem Mass in Church of St. Francis Xavier, Gardiner Street on Monday morning (March 23) at 11 o’clock. Interment thereafter at Dardistown Cemetery, Old Airport Road, Cloghran, Co. Dublin.
