Della (Bridget) KILLION
(née Daly)
DELLA (BRIDGET) KILLION (née Daly) Gailey, Knockcroghery, Co Roscommon, who passed away peacefully on March 22nd, 2026, surrounded by her loving family and in the devoted care of the staff at Oakwood Nursing Home, Roscommon.
Beloved wife of the late Jimmy. Predeceased by her sisters Annie and Molly and brothers Tom Joe and Brendan.
Loving mother of Gerard, Brendan, Marguerite (Geoghegan), Mary G., Tomás, Prionsias and Angela (Quirke), She will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law, her much loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, her carers, especially Josie, friends and neighbours.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Tuesday evening from 5 o’c until 7 o’c. Removal from her home on Wednesday morning at 10.40 arriving to St Patrick’s Church, Knockcroghery for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Gailey Cemetery.
