DELLA GREENE (née Rochford), Rathbrennan, Roscommon and formerly of Knock, Co. Mayo. April 10th, 2026. (Peacefully), in the wonderful care of the staff at Oakwood Nursing Home. Devoted wife of the late Joe, loving mother to John, Joey, Mary and the late Mel and adored granny to Sarah, Shauna, Avril, the late Shane, Andrea, Michelle, Daniel, Bryan, Isabel, Alicia and Lucy, and great-grandmother to Emmie. She will be very sadly missed by her family, her sisters Josie and Eileen, her brother John, daughters-in-law Martina and Margaret, son-in-law Michael, sisters-in-law Nell and Kathleen, brother-in-law Eamon, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many good friends.

She is predeceased by her siblings Billy, Joe and Kathleen.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Sunday from 4 o’c until 5.30 o’c followed by removal (via Cloverhill and Rathbrennan) to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon. Mass of the Resurrection on Monday at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery.
