Denis Buckley

Buckley (West Cottage, Greenfield, Ballincollig) On November 12th 2025, peacefully at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, Denis, beloved husband of Winnie, loving son of Mary and the late Tadgh, and brother of Sean, Tim, Mary, Paudy and Suzanne. Sadly missed by his wife, mother, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, kind neighbours, caring friends, colleagues at Ballyburden Meats, his beloved cats and Nidge the Jack Russell.

Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Friday (14th November) from 7pm to 8pm for visitation. Cremation will take place privately. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Marymount Hospice https://marymount.ie/donate/.

Denis’s family would like to thank Dr Ed McSwiney and staff at Eastgate Medical Centre, and the staff at South Infirmary, Cork University Hospital and Marymount for the care given to Denis
