Denis (Denny) Ronan

Ronan (Leap): On November 13th 2023, peacefully in the tender care of the Doctors, nurses and staff of Bantry General Hospital, and in the presence of his loving family, Denis (Denny), beloved son of the late Tim and Kit Ronan, Carhugarriff, Leap and dear brother to Maureen (Crowley), Con, Hannah (Keohane), Kathleen (O’ Mahony), Ann (Harnedy), Tim and Michael.

Deeply missed by his loving family brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, relatives, neighbours and his many close and dear friends.

The family would like to give special thanks to the nurses, staff and carers at Saol Nua, Skibbereen and the staff of Rosscarbery Medical Centre for the wonderful care and affection they showed to Denny during his time in their care.

May Denny Rest In Peace

Reposing in Shanahan’s Funeral home, Leap on Tuesday 14th November from 6.00 - 8.00pm, followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Wednesday 15th November at 12.00pm noon in St Peter’s Church Carrigfadda. Funeral immediately afterwards to Kilmacabea Old Cemetery.
