The death has occurred of
Denis Desmond
Desmond (Raheen, Newcestown) on October 17th 2016 peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Cork University Hospital, Denis, beloved husband of Margaret [nee Crowley], and loving father of John, Marian (Hodgins), Humphrey, Donnacha, Rose (O'Mahony) and Colette, adoring grandfather of Katelyn, Dervla, Ellie, Lauren, Chloe and Fíadh. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, sons-in-law Kieran and Clinton, daughters-in-law Coirla (Creedon), Clare (Deasy) and Colette's fiancé Fintan, grandchildren, brother Humphrey, sister Anna-Marie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing on Wednesday evening at St. John the Baptist Church, Newcestown from 6pm followed by Prayers at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon, funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Marymount.
