Denis (Dinny) Geoghegan

Geoghegan (Dinny) Denis, (2nd March 2026) late of Inchicore and Galtymore Drive, Drimnagh (unexpectedly) at home.

Beloved husband of the late Caroline and much-loved dad of Marie, Shay, Catherine, Denise, Ashling, Paul, David, Audrey and the late Carol and Darren. Dinny will be deeply missed by his loving sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, brothers Danny and Richie, sisters Marie, Emily, Breda and Pat, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Dinny’s children would like to extend their thanks to Debbie for the wonderful care she gave to Dinny.

Reposing at his daughter’s home on Rafters Road on Thursday from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 10am in Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Mourne Road followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium arriving for 12.30pm.
