Denis Dooley

Denis Dooley, Birr St, Kilcormac, Co Offaly, in his 98th year, peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family on the 21st May 2021, predeceased by his wife Maureen, brothers Paddy and Sean, twin sister Maura, sisters Millie and Alice, mother Brigid and father James. Deeply regretted by his loving family, daughters Denise, Ursula, Margaret and Alison, sons James, Desmond and Donnacha, sister Pauline (Malahide). Cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Liam, Stephen, Sean and Padraig, sisters-in-law, Gertie, Angela, Dympna and Vera, brother-in-law Joe, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours, friends, and his devoted care team. Denis was an Honorary Life President of Kilcormac/Killoughey GAA Club.

May Denis Rest in Peace

Removal on Sunday 23rd May to arrive to the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Kilcormac, at 7pm. Funeral Mass Monday 24th May at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in St Joseph’s Cemetery.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings a private funeral will take place. The Dooley family thank you for your understanding and support at this difficult time.  Those who would have liked to attend, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message in the 'Condolences' section below.
