Denis Drennan

Drennan, Denis (Din) - 20th December 2025 - Parksgrove, Ballyragget, Co Kilkenny. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by kindness and compassion, in the loving care of the Suir Ward, St. Luke’s Hospital.

Predeceased by his parents Mary and John, sisters, Tess, Kit (Kelly), Madge (Carroll), Mary (Rochford), brothers Mick, Joe and Ber.

Beloved husband of Kathleen (Grey), loving father to Pascal, Damien, Dennis, Niall and Caitriona, proud grandfather to John, Lucy, Alice, Calum, Michael, James, Fiadh, Conor, Donnacha, Cillian and Kate. Sadly, missed by his sister Ettie (Kennedy) and his brother Tony, daughters-in-law Melanie (Ruiz), Blaithnaid (Kenny), Jane (Donohoe), son-in-law Niall (O’ Flaherty), sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence (r95 n62c) this Monday the 22nd of December from 4 pm to 8 pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11 am in St. Brigid’s Church, Lisdowney, interment in the adjoining cemetery afterwards.
