ENGLISH, Denis (Blackrock, Co. Dublin, formerly Cobh, Co. Cork) –  Passed away peacefully on 14th April, 2021 surrounded by his loving family, after a long upwind battle against cancer. Courageously fought always with a smile, positivity and some witty charm. In the wonderful care of his loving wife Rose, many doctors, nurses and the staff of Blackrock Hospice. (Den, Dinny, The Don), he lit up every room. A beloved husband of Rose, adored and cherished father, best friend and mentor of Emma and Denis; he will be very sadly missed by his loving family, brothers Eddie, JP and the late Joe, brother and sister in laws extended family and many many great friends.

You finally made the weather mark. Kite up, sun out fair sailing and

Due to COVID restrictions Denis’s Funeral Mass at Foxrock Church will remain private for immediate family only.
