Peacefully at University Hospital Limerick, on 17th January 2026, in the presence of his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his parents and brothers.

Denis will be sadly missed by his devoted wife Pat, children Fiona, Denis and Gary, grandchildren Aaron, Ashleigh, Seán, Corey, Evie and Noah, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, brothers and sister, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours, and his many friends.

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate on Tuesday, 20th January from 5pm-6:30pm. Funeral arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Athlunkard Street on Wednesday, 21st January for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Mount St. Oliver Cemetery.
