Denis McDOWELL

Peacefully, after a short illness, in the excellent care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital; beloved husband of the late Catherine and loving father of John Paul, Jessica, Kate, Andrew and Dermot. He will be sadly missed by his family, daughters-in-law Thecla and Catriona, sons-in-law John and Paul, grandchildren Jack, Clara, Melissa and Stephen, Ciara, Lizzie and Beatrice, Anna, Max and Luke, Elsa and Leon, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and his wide circle of great friends.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Aungier Street for family and close friends (due to current government guidelines) on Monday (1st Nov) evening from 4-7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday (2nd November) at 11.00 o’c in Church of  the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook followed by cremation at Mount Jerome.
