The death has occurred of Denis Murphy, Lavally, Mallow and formerly of Newmarket, Co. Cork,
who passed away peacefully on January 12th 2026 in the presence of his loving family and in the wonderful care of the Staff of Mallow General Hospital.
Beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Ann, John, Emmet and Daniel.
Remembering at this time Denis' late daughter-in-law Marie.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, daughters-in-law Claire and Aisling, his adored grandchildren Emily, Andrew, Ava, Ella-May, Faye, Paddy, Donal and Donnacha, extended family and friends.
May He Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Wednesday (January 14th) from 5.30pm with Prayers at 7pm followed by Removal to St. Mary's Church, Mallow.
Requiem Mass on Thursday (January 15th) at 11.30am which may be viewed on
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow
