Newcastle, Blarney and formerly of Ballinamona, Mourneabbey.
Denis passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family in Cork University Hospital (CUH) on Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024. Beloved husband of Kate (née Burns) and much loved father of Patrick, Caroline and Anthony and cherished grandfather of Rachael and Aaron. Dear brother of Sheila, David, Mary, Jeremiah, Lena and the late Dan Joe. Deeply regretted by his loving wife, family, brother-in-law Jerry, Caroline’s partner John, Anthony’s partner Valerie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Denis Rest in Peace
Reposing in O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Mallow (P51 XE2T) on Thursday (January 25th) from 5:30pm to 7:00pm followed by Prayers.
Reception into Saint Lachteen's Church, Grenagh on Friday afternoon for Requiem Mass at 2:00pm, after which Denis will be laid to rest in the local cemetery.
