Denis O'Leary

O'Leary (Clancoolmore, Bandon) on November 20th 2024 peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff of the Saoirse Unit at Clonakilty Community Hospital in the presence of his loving family. Denis, beloved husband of the late Catherine (nee Creedon) and dear father of Neil, Joan and Mary, son of the late Cornelius and Ellen, brother of the late Neil and Sr. Francis, brother-in-law of the late Mary (Murphy) and Peter Creedon.

Sadly missed by his loving family, daughter-in-law Eleanor, Joan's partner Dominic, grandson Daniel, granddaughters Kate and Anne, sister-in-law Nora (Hallissey), cousins, kind neighbours, relatives and friends.

Denis will be lying in repose at Neil and Eleanor's residence (eircode P72D562) on Friday from 5pm to 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Saturday at 2pm in St. Patrick's Church, Bandon which will be livestreamed on www.bandonparish.ie/live/, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
