The death has occurred of
Denis Prendergast
PRENDERGAST (Cork) On 6th July 2021, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Marymount University Hospice and Hospital, DENIS, Fairfield Avenue, Farranree and late of C.I.E., Capwell Road, I.O.R.C. and The Polyphonics. Dearly loved husband of Mary (nee O’Sullivan) and much loved father of Kevin, Roy and the late Gary, devoted granda of Leah, Megan, Eoghan, Gearóid, Aoife, Molly, Darragh and Hannah.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, daughters-in-law Brenda and Rachel, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Due to current Government best practise guidelines, the Funeral is Private.
The Requiem Mass will be livestreamed on Friday (9th July) at 10.45am from the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree.
