Artane, Dublin
Denis Quinlan of Artane, Dublin and formally of Curreeny, Co. Tipperary, died peacefully at home in the care of his family and St Francis Hospice community team on 5th March 2025, beloved husband of Maura (nee Boyle), adored father of Marie, Kathleen, Martin, Freda and Denise, brother of Sr. Winnie and Mary and father-in-law of Paul, Johnny, Shane, Kath and Winnie.
Sadly, missed by his loving family and his grandchildren Oran, Jack, Milo, Cáit, June, Louis, Aoife and Oisin, sister-in-law Brenda and brother-in-law Mick, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Predeceased by his son Gerard, his sisters Patricia, Biddy and brothers Fr. Phil, Jack, Mick and Paddy.
Reposing at his home on Friday (7th March) from 5pm to 8 p.m. Funeral arriving at Our Lady of Mercy, Artane on Saturday morning at 9.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Denis will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Internment afterwards in St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton.
