Denis Vaughan

On January 16th, 2026, unexpectedly but peacefully, in the presence of his family and in the exceptional care of the staff of Cork University Hospital, Denis (formerly of Aghaneenagh, Boherbue), beloved husband of Josephine (née Noonan) and dear father of Daniel, Hannah and Gerard, son of the late Connie and Maureen.

Sadly missed by his loving family, brother Tim (USA), sisters Colette, Majella (USA) and Teresa O’Brien, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Requiescat in Pace.

Reposing in Grace's Funeral Home, Kanturk (P51 WDX8) on Tuesday, January 20th from 6pm followed by prayers at 8pm. Reception into St. Mary's Church, Castlemagner on Wednesday for requiem mass at 1pm, available to view at the link below. Funeral afterwards to St. Brigid's Cemetery, Castlemagner.
