Denise Murphy
(née Lane)
MURPHY: Old Blackrock Road, Cork. On May 20th, 2024, peacefully, in the presence of her loving family and in the wonderful care of all the staff of Marymount Hospice, DENISE (née Lane) loving and beloved wife of Mícheál, loving and beloved mother of Sibéal, Stephen, and Emmett, loving and beloved mother-in-law of Christophe and Anna, loving and beloved granny of Oisín, Fleur, and Cillian, loving and beloved sister of Renee, Cyril, Pat, Mike, Jess and the late Michael and John. Denise will be sadly missed and warmly remembered by all her family, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, and friends.
Reception into St Joseph’s SMA Church, Blackrock Road at 11.15 a.m. on Thursday (23rd) , followed by Mass at 12.00noon. Cremation afterwards at the Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co Cork at 2:00pm.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Marymount.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
