Derek Alcorn

The death has occurred of Derek Alcorn, Cappanarrow, Camross, Co. Laois and recently Beech Park Nursing Home, Kildare (2024).

Peacefully on the 4th December, 2025, at Naas General Hospital in the presence of his loving family.

 

Brother of Michael, and predeceased by his adoptive parents William John and Phoebe Danne, and his caring brothers and sisters.

 

Derek will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family, nieces, nephews, neighbours and large circle of friends.

 

Special thanks to the most wonderful staff at Beech Park Nursing Home and Naas General Hospital for their exceptional care of Derek.

Reposing at Guilfoyle's Funeral Home, Castletown, (Eircode R32TN84), this Saturday evening (Dec 6th) from 5.30pm to 8pm pausing for prayers at 7.30pm.

Removal from Guilfoyle's Funeral Home, Castletown this Sunday afternoon (Dec 7th) at 1.30pm to Annatrim Church, Coolrain, (Eircode R32Y060) for Service at 2pm, followed by burial in adjoining Cemetery.
