Derek Boddy

In loving memory of Derek Boddy late of Fort Leiter, Bailieborough, Co Cavan passed away suddenly but peacefully on Wednesday 22nd October 2025. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Laura.

Beloved husband of Florence, his treasured wife and best friend. Devoted father to Adam (Ashling) and Donna (Javier) and adored granddad to Emily and Grace. Sadly missed by his sisters Yvonne (Cyril), Olive (Leslie), nieces and nephews. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Sunday 26th from 12 noon - 3pm. Funeral to arrive at Bailieborough Parish Church for Funeral Service at 2pm on Monday 27th October with burial afterwards in adjoining graveyard.
