Derek Dodd

Derek Dodd died peacefully after a long illness on 18th May 2023. Dearly loved husband of Trich, adored father and father-in-law of Sarah and Andrew; Rebecca and Martijn. Loving Opa of Matthew, Anna, Adam and Owen. His wisdom, kindness and sense of humour will be deeply missed by us all, including his brother Ken, sisters-in-law Iris, Carmel and Anne, brother-in-law Brian and also by his nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the staff in Kilcoole Lodge Nursing Home who

cared for him so beautifully these last six months, and to all those

who gave us great support in all kinds of ways over these last several years.

Funeral Service on Monday (22nd May) at 11.00am in St. Patrick’s Church, Church Road, Greystones followed by private burial. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Wicklow Parkinson’s Choir.
