Derek Evans

EVANS, Derek (Brackenstown, Swords and formerly of The Irish Times) - May 6th, 2025, (peacefully) at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved brother of the late Donald. Sadly missed by his loving wife Marjorie, sons Mark, Peter, Simon and David, daughter Rachael, daughters-in-law Tara, Colette, Mary and Sharon, son-in-law Alan, his thirteen grandchildren, sister Dilys, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family Joan, Caroline, Clive and Joy, and his many friends.

Reposing at Rock's Funeral Home, Swords on Thursday (May 8th) evening from 3.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Removal on Friday (May 9th) morning to St. Columba's Church of Ireland, Swords arriving for 11 a.m. Service followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard.
