Derek FORMAN

Artane, Dublin / Darndale, Dublin

FORMAN, Derek (Cloghran & formerly of Artane & Darndale) - December 20th, 2025 (peacefully) after a short illness in the wonderful care of the staff at AnovoCare Nursing Home, Cloghran. Beloved son of the late Bernard. Sadly missed by his loving mother Maura, aunt Bernie, cousin Joanne, Mark, Jack, Tom and Luna.

 

May He Rest In Peace.

 

Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday (Dec. 24th) morning at 10 a.m. in St. Nicholas of Myra Church, Kinsealy followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery. Please leave your messages of condolence for Derek's family in the section below. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to Muscular Dystrophy Ireland.
