Hillside Road, Greystones, Co. Wicklow.
Derek passed away peacefully on the 19th of October after a long illness surrounded by his loving family and in the loving care of the staff of St.Anne's Ward, at St.Vincents University Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Una and brother Frankie. Much loved husband of Anne and cherished dad of Naomi and Bonnie, sons in law Mark and Tom and grandad to Declan and Ella. Derek will be greatly missed by his family, relatives,neighbours, wide circle of friends and members of Wicklow Sailing Club and Vartry Angling Club.
Derek will be reposing at his home Marlton Court, Marlton Road, Wicklow this Wednesday afternoon 22nd October from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.
Removal Thursday morning to St. Patrick's Church of Ireland, Church Road, Greystones (A63WN35) arriving for 11.00am Funeral Service,
followed by Cremation Service in McCrea's Cremation Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) at 1.30pm for all those who wish to attend.
For those unable to attend, the Service can be viewed by clicking on McCrea's Cremation Chapel (viewing at time of service only).
