The death has occurred of
Derek Johnston
Johnston (Bandon) on March 16th 2022 in the loving care of all the staff at Bandon Community Hospital. DEREK (former Vice Principal of Bandon Grammar School) dearly beloved husband of Jennifer (nee Armstrong), Glasslynn and loving father of Mark, Andrew, Amy and Philip.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, sister Margory, daughter-in-law Maria, also Daniel, Sam and Diana, grandchildren Ciara, Callum, Lara and Lucas, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Lying in repose in St. Peter's Church, Bandon on Thursday (March 24th) from 1pm followed by Funeral Service at 2pm which will be livestreamed on www.corklivestream.com/funerals, burial afterwards in Kilbeg Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Christian Aid or Cork Simon Community.
