Derek Mahon-Smith
Mahon-Smith: Tramore, Co. Waterford and formerly of Roscommon. March 14th, 2026, peacefully in the excellent care of the staff at the Woodlands Nursing Home, Dundrum, Co. Tipperary.
Derek: Predeceased by his loving wife Anna (née Hanrahan, Ennistymon, Co. Clare) and his parents Walter and Marguerite, his brother Ivan and sisters Margot and Carmel. Deeply regretted by his brother in law, sister in law, nieces, nephew, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Arriving at the Church of Our Lady and St Michael, Ennistymon for Requiem Mass at 11:00am on Monday 16th March followed by burial in the Old Cemetery, Ennistymon.
