Derek Murtagh

Murtagh Derek (5th September 2021) (Clondalkin) suddenly after a short illness surrounded by his loving family in the kind care of all the staff of Tallaght Hospital; beloved husband of the late Ursula, much loved father of Amy, Sarah and the late Derek, Barry and Philip, loving son of Martha and the late Owen; sadly missed by his loving daughters, mother, son-in-law Charles, Sarah’s partner Colm, grandchildren Charlie and Ruby, sisters Roso and Margaret, brothers Tomo and Gerard, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

In line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a Funeral Mass with 50% capacity in Church of the Immaculate, Clondalkin Village will be held. Those who cannot attend the Funeral Mass due to the current restrictions please feel free to leave a message in the condolence book at the bottom of the page.
