Derek died peacefully, surrounded by loving family.

Beloved husband of the late Ann, much loved father of Robert, Lloyd & Alma and dearest granddad to Fiachna, Daithi, Saoirse, Diarmuid, Harry, Roisin & Allanah.

Sadly missed by his children, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Siún & Helena, son-in-law Kieran, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, and his many friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing in Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate on Sunday, 1st January, from 5:30pm to 7pm.  Funeral arriving for Requiem Mass in Christ the King Church, Caherdavin on Monday, 2nd January, at 12 noon. Mass will be live-streamed here.  

Burial afterwards at Castlemungret Cemetery.

Family flowers only; donations if desired to Milford Care Centre.
