Peacefully, at Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Margaret, cherished father of Elaine and Kevin and loving grandfather of Kayla, Finn and the late Ellie. Derek will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his children, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Rachel, Elaine’s partner Anthony, sisters Veronica, Mary, Helen and Delores, brothers Joe and George, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and all who knew and loved him.
