Dermot Clancy

 

 

CLANCY (Limerick, East Africa, Canada, Cork and Galway): On 29th September 2025, peacefully, at home in the presence of his loving family, after a long illness, bravely borne, DERMOT, loving husband of Anne and father of Ciara, beloved son of the late Michael and Madge Clancy, brother of Jean (Carroll) and the late Michael.

 

 

Sadly missed by his wife, daughter, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, relatives and friends.

 

 

Dermot’s cremation took place at The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork at a private service according to his wishes on the 1st October 2025.

from Galway Hospice, and the Irish Cancer Society Night Nurse Service, whose exceptional care

and compassion for Dermot was a great comfort to the family".
