The death has occurred of
DERMOT (DERRY) MURPHY
Murphy (Douglas, Cork) (late of Royal Cork Yacht Club) On December 28th 2023 peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, after a short illness Dermot (Derry) beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Spillane), loving father of Harriett, Mai, Harold (Harry), Jackie and the late Dermot and dear brother of Myra and the late Stephen, Finbarr, Harold and Jack. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Tom, Brendan and Tim, daughters-in-law Cynthia, Flossy (Frances) and Laura, grandchildren Amy, Nicola, Tara, David, Steven, Alexandra (Alex), Sonya, Darragh, Suzanne (Sue), Ciara and Niamh, his adored 19 great grandchildren, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing in Sullivan's Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Saturday December 30th from 4.00pm to 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday January 1st at 11.00am in St. Columba's Church, Douglas followed by funeral to St. Mary's Cemetery, Passage West.
