Maguire, Dermot (Des) originally from
Dublin and Shannon Co. Clare. Passed away peaceful in the Mater Hospital Dublin on 3rd October 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his father
Peter, mother Eileen and brother Brendan.

Beloved husband of Jean, and loving father of Derry, Shareena, Sinead and Damien. Dermot will be sadly missed by his wife, children, sons in laws Brian and Stephen, daughter in law Gina, his adored grandchildren, Chloe, Leah, Kaleb and Jesse, 7 greatgrandchildren, by his brothers Gary, Kiernan and Gerard, nieces and nephews, extended family members, close friends and neighbours.

May Dermot's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Dermot will repose in Mc Mahon's funeral home Shannon on Wednesday (15th October) from 6pm to 7:30pm followed by removal to Mary Immaculate Church. Funeral Mass Thursday (16th October) at 11:30am followed by burial afterwards in Illaunmanagh Cemetery.
