Dermot LYONS

LYONS, Dermot (Chapelizod, Dublin 20 and formerly of Drimnagh) June 8th, 2022 (peacefully) after a long illness borne with humour, at St. James Hospital. Beloved husband of Antoinette and loving father of Fiona, Derek, Niamh, Eoghan and John and a devoted grandfather of Nathan, Lucy, Rebecca, Grace and Jack. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law John and Jimmy, daughter-in-law Ciara, brother Ultan, brother-in-law Harry, sister-in-law Marie, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Lucan on Friday evening (10th June) from 6pm to 8pm. Removal to the Church of the Nativity of BVM, Chapelizod on Saturday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Newcastle Cemetery.
