Dermot O'Regan

O’Regan (Keelahangil, Castlehaven and Brampton, Cumbria): On September 27th, 2024, following a brief illness bravely borne, our wonderful Dermot passed away in the tender care of Eden Valley Hospice, Carlisle in the presence of his loving family.

Beloved father of Luke and Isla, Dermot is deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, his children and their mother Wendy (Lichtblau), his sisters Eilish, Fiona, Jennifer, Susan, Barbara and his brother David, his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Sinead, Rachel, Kieran, Ebben, Jason, Roisin, Rian, Daniel, Reuben and Una, grand-nephews and grand-nieces. sisters in law, brothers in law, aunts, uncles, relatives and a wide circle of friends in Ireland and the UK. Dermot is predeceased by his parents Dan and Lilian.

Funeral Service on Thursday 3rd October at 10am at Church of our Lady and St Wilfrid, Warwick Bridge, Carlisle CA4 8RX.

Reposing in Shanahans Funeral Home on Sunday, 6th October from 4pm to 6pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Monday, 7th October at 12 noon in St. Barrahanes Church, Castlehaven which can be viewed on link below. Funeral afterwards to the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy for 3pm service.
