Dermot REILLY

REILLY, Dermot, late of Ballinteer and Dundrum, passed away peacefully on the 15th of April 2026, in the wonderful care of the staff in the ICU at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Ann and loving father of Dermot Eric and Robert. He will be sadly missed by his sons, his siblings Noel, Monica and Albert, sisters-in-law Margaret, Marie, Ann and Lila, brothers-in-law Gerry, the late Peter and Kevin, his nieces, nephews, and all extended family, neighbours and friends.

Dermot will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Tuesday (April 21st) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Wednesday (April 22nd) to the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Ballinteer, arriving for 10am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Mt. Venus Cemetery, Rathfarnham.

Dermot’s family would like to offer their sincere gratitude to all the staff in the ICU at St. Vincent’s Hospital and the staff at Leopardstown Park Hospital for all the care and support given to Dermot during his time with them.
