Dermot WARD

WARD, Dermot (Ringsend, Dublin), March 1st, 2023. Beloved son, cherished brother and adored uncle, Dermot passed away peacefully and with great courage at his home in Ringsend, surrounded by his loving family, following a short illness. He will be deeply missed by his brothers, Michael, John, Gerry and Stephen and sister Susan and by his brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nephew and extended family. He is reunited with his beloved parents Vera and Jack. The family extend their deepest thanks and appreciation to the staff at the Mater Hospital and Harold’s Cross Hospice who cared so compassionately for Dermot.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, 54 Aungier St. Dublin 2., all day Friday, 3rd March, 2023, until 5 p.m. Removal on Saturday morning (4th March, 2023) to St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount, arriving for 10 o’c Funeral Mass, and afterwards to Shanganagh Cemetery.
