Derry (Retired BQMS Stephens Barracks, Kilkenny) passed away on Good Friday (March 29th), peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness borne with courage and good humour. Derry will be dearly missed by his loving wife Kathleen, daughters Jacqueline, Michelle, Janet, Yvonne, Laura, Audrey and Suzanne, sons Dermot, Paul and Malcolm, his wider family of sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours and the many friends he made in life.

Derry is predeceased by his parents Alice and Michael, sisters Mary, Stasia, Nancy and Kitty, brothers Maurice, John, Mokey, Martin and Paddy.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at his home (R95AXD2) on Easter Sunday (31st March) from 4pm to 8pm pausing for Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6pm. Removal on Monday morning to St. Patrick's Church, Kilkenny (R95 VX96) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Foulkstown Cemetery.
