Derry Fagan

FAGAN (Tower, Blarney, late of Murmont Villas and Blarney Street, Cork); On January 12th, 2025, unexpectedly, but peacefully at home in his sleep, DERRY (late of Cork Examiner), much loved father of Caroline, Rachel, Glen and Dermot, adored granda of Kyle, Aaron, Seán, Ryan, Kayleigh and Lily, loving father-in-law of Gary, Margaret and the late David Noble, dear brother of Breeda, Alice and the late John, husband of the late Noreen.

Sadly missed by his loving family, sister-in-law Pat, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Wednesday (January 15th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Thursday (January 16th) in St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield which can be viewed on

Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
