The death has occurred of
Derry (Jeremiah) Cahalane
On March 21st 2022 peacefully at his home after a short illness bravely borne surrounded by his loving family, Derry (Jeremiah) M.V.B., M.R.C.V.S, beloved husband of Susan (nee O’Donovan) and loving father of Maura (Hodgson), Orla (O’Driscoll), Suzanne (O’Sullivan), Danny, Tara (Collins), Jerry, Nollaig (Doyle), Eirinn and James. Cherished by his adored fourteen grandchildren, dear brother of Sheila (Riordan), Noreen (Gildea), Maura (Dinneen), Curley and Donie, brother-in-law of the late Denis, esteemed work colleagues Martin, Peader, Yvonne and Maighread. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sisters, brothers, sons-in-law Fraser, Ciaran, Donal, Den, Ronan and Johnny, daughter-in-law Sharon, brothers-in-law Jim, Martin, Peader, Lar and Pat, sisters-in-law Mary, Kathleen and Margaret, nephews, nieces, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and his wide circle of friends and loyal clients.

Lying in repose at his home in Rockmount P47HP76 on Tuesday, 22nd March, from 4pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 23rd March, in All Saints Church, Drimoleague at 2.30pm - livestreamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/drimoleague. Funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.
