The death has occurred of
Derry Mannix
The death has taken place of Derry Mannix, Leaselands, Mallow (retired An Post), who passed away peacefully on March 21st 2024 at Nazareth House, Mallow, surrounded by his loving family, after a difficult illness bravely and privately borne, beloved husband of the late Ann (nee Higgins), dear father of Martina, Pearse, Cathal, Siobhán, Derry, Ann and John, their respective spouses and partners Paul, Aidan, Elaine, Sandy and Una and brother of the late John, Pat and Siobhán.
Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers Noel and Willsie (Bill, London), grandchildren Chloe, Peter, Scott, Jack, Michael, Kate, Josh and Anne Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, wonderful neighbours and friends.
May He Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Sunday (March 24th) from 4.30pm to 6pm followed by Removal to St. Mary's Church, Mallow.
Requiem Mass on Monday (March 25th) at 11.30am which may be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/mallow.
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow.
