Des Kenny

The death has occurred, in his 80th year, of Des Kenny, Shamrock Hill, Dunleer, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Moorehall Lodge, Ardee. Des, beloved husband of Leona (née McGrane) and loving father of Declan. Predeceased by his parents Kieran and Rita, son Stephen, granddaughter Clara, brothers Brendan, Sean and Kieran and sister May. Deeply regretted by his wife, son, daughter-in-law Sienna, grandson Ryan, sister-in-law Olivia, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (Eircode A92 V38H) on Thursday from 4pm until 6pm. Removal on Friday morning to Saint Brigid’s Church, Dunleer arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am which can be viewed live at https://dunleerparish.ie/2015/06/st-brigids-church-tv/. Burial afterwards in Dromin Cemetery.
