Desmond (Des) Allen

Allen, Des (Desmond), late of Ballyboughal and formerly of Portmarnock and Mullingar.  2nd of December 2021.  Peacefully, after a courageous battle at King’s College, London.  Beloved husband of Karen (Nugent) and much loved father of Niamh, Aoife and Brian.  Des will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his wife, daughters, son and their mother Gay, brothers Tony and Chris, sisters Geraldine and Martina, daughter-in-law Mallory, sons-in-law Rory and Donal, grandchildren Róise and Cian and his wider circle of family and friends.

Requiescat in pace

Removal to St. Sylvester's Church, Malahide on Wednesday, 22nd December, for 11am Funeral Mass followed by cremation in Dardistown crematorium.  Family flowers only please.  Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
