The death has occurred of
Desmond (Des) Cannon
Formerly of Blackrock, Co.Dublin. Peacefully at Portiuncula Hospital, after an illness borne bravely and with great dignity.
Very sadly missed by his devoted wife Susan, daughters Mairead, Una and her husband John, grandchildren Alan, Emma, Amy and Rebecca, sisters Gertie, Breda, Maura and Sally, brother Pat, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace
Reposing at Sinclair's Funeral Home, Kilconnell (H53 ET27) on Tuesday 7th February from 4.30 pm with removal at 5.30 pm to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Creagh. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11 am. Burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery.
House private please. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired to the Galway Hospice Foundation.
